“When I was looking at a personal trainer my biggest concern was cost. After already paying a gym membership I wasn’t really using, I was concerned a personal trainer would just be more money wasted. John was very accommodating to discuss finances and willing to present options that worked for both of us. It was really a no-brainer in the end. “Several years back, I went to my physician, complaining of muscle weakness, and balance and coordination issues. It was at that time that I started exercising at the gym with a trainer. After a few years, that trainer left and my case was passed to John Fawcus. My personality is introverted so changes, such as these, are difficult for me; I think that John sensed my reservations and to help me transition, learned my current workout routine and minimized any changes. John was aware of my primary symptoms and ensured my exercise routine took them into account, primarily: muscle weakness, balance, coordination, and movement disorders. After a few sessions, John had built a good rapport with me and focused on those symptoms. Even though John was aware of my goals, he was also aware of my limitations and worked within them.
