Why should I choose online coaching?
Online coaching has many benefits! Here are the four main advantages.
Affordability. Having me as your coach in-person would cost many times more than having me as your coach online. Why pay a subpar trainer at your local gym excessively when you can choose a highly qualified experienced coach?
Convenience. Essentially, workout when you want and where you want! No more fighting traffic to ensure you reach your scheduled appointment. No more scheduling in-person training sessions according to your coaches time slots.
Location is a non-factor. It simply doesn’t matter where you live. If you live halfway across the world that is perfectly fine!
The Accountability and Support I can provide are much greater than simply meeting you in-person a few times a week.
Who is this coaching for?
This is for males under forty years of age that want to build muscle, strength and confidence so that they can look and feel like superheroes. This is for those that are ready to change their ways and are ready to learn new habits. This is for those who are open to me calling them on their BS (politely of course) and keeping them on-track.
Who is this coaching not for?
It is not for those looking for a quick-fix approach. It is also not for those that aren’t willing to put in the work.
What if I don’t have a gym membership?
For most individuals a gym membership is not required so I wouldn’t sweat it at this point! Most individuals can have great workouts at-home with very little equipment.
So what equipment would I need?
This depends on your goals and what your current level of fitness is. Many individuals won’t require anything while others would benefit from having a suspension trainer and perhaps a few dumbbells or a kettlebell. If your main goal is fat-loss then most of the attention would be on your nutrition so you wouldn’t need much equipment. On the other hand, if your main goal is bodybuilding then you will probably require a few more pieces of equipment.
Will I get a meal plan?
Sticking to a specific meal plan is not an effective long-term strategy for sustained weight-loss. Meal plans also don’t tend to teach you very much about the food you are eating. Instead, you will learn how to make and plan your own meals. Outrageous concept isn’t it!
